Online store - How to build trust and returning customers

During the fair, Eget Foretag on 3-5 October, Ditte Hammarstrom and Emil Sundberg held seminars on the easiest way to get started with an online store.

They looked at buying habits online. Behavior is different when buying via a mobile phone or via a computer, which social media channels are generating the most actual buy and what is required in the design to create trust and security for the customer. 

A study from last spring with 72 million customers showed were the customers that generated purchases came from.
